Performance comparison of the same dispersant from different manufacturers

 

The quality of dispersant affects the quality of composite agent. The quality of the same dispersant from different manufacturers is different. We have done high temperature oxidation resistance experiments for the same dispersant from different manufacturers, the effect of dispersant on CCS and the dispersant on sludge to investigate the quality of dispersant.

1. High temperature antioxidant test

In order to make the experimental conditions more demanding, the experimental temperature was set at 180°, the oxygen flux was 200ml/min, the copper sheet was added to play a catalytic role, the oil sample viscosity value of 40° was detected at regular intervals and the weight of the copper sheet was observed

The test sample is3% Dispersant + detergent + antioxidant + viscosity index improver +150N base oil

The following table shows the statistics and broken lines of the viscosity value of 40° in the high-temperature antioxidant experiment of the same dispersant from different manufacturers

3.Dispersion of dispersants from different manufacturers

Single dose dispersion experiment

From the high temperature oxidation experiments, of dispersant CCS and dispersant dispersion experiment results, the influence of different manufacturers of dispersant quality have obvious difference, the quality of the dispersants affect the quality of the compound, we filter through the experiment to choose the best quality of dispersant, matching to the internal combustion engine oil compound, to make the quality of compound agent to achieve the optimal.
